Since each piece is handmade to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, we want you to love your Loop Chapter keepsake:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll make it right.
Custom and bulk orders are final sale.

Refunds in case of a damage or incorrect item:
Once item(s) are received and inspected, based on your timeline of return, you will be provided exchange service or issued a refund to the account used for making the payment. The refund of the product will be made 7-10 days after we receive the item.

Note: Refunds will be made for the product, not the shipping charges.
